Which industries do you build welding solutions for?
We build weld lines, fixtures and SPMs for two-wheeler, four-wheeler, agricultural equipment and earth-moving equipment manufacturers, including their Tier-1 suppliers.
Can you design a fixture or machine from just a part drawing?
Yes. Share your part drawing or 3D model along with your volume and cycle-time targets. Our design team will propose a concept, then take it through detailed design, manufacturing and proving.
Do you supply complete robotic welding cells?
Yes. We deliver turnkey robotic MIG welding cells including fixtures, safety fencing, auto doors, HMI controls, poka-yoke, gas and air monitoring and TCP calibration.
How do you ensure fixture accuracy?
Fixtures and components are inspected on our Hexagon CMM with a 3000 mm range, along with hardness testing and height gauges, before dispatch.
Which design software do you use?
SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Delcam (3D CAD/CAM) and Unigraphics, so we can work directly with most OEM data formats.
Do you install and support the machines at our plant?
Yes. We handle installation, commissioning and operator training at your facility, and provide ongoing after-sales support.
